Founded in 2002 by Jim Lacerenza, Parma Food Sales is a private, family owned company with deep roots in the food business.\u00a0 Starting in the food service industry in the 80’s, Jim’s passion for food and talent for driving sales led him while working for Kirstein Food Brokers, Carando Specialty Meats and Fiorucci Foods. He then went on to serve as president of Dominex Eggplant Company for 10 years.<\/h3>\n
